Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

Unused and unwashed
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact

Exchange Charges:

₹80 for up to 2 items (pickup included)
₹40 for each additional item

Perk for You:

Once your exchange is complete, we’ll credit ₹100 to your Dripkaar Wallet, valid for 3 months on your next purchase.

Wrong or Damaged Product?

Received the wrong item or a damaged product? Just raise a request within 7 days—we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Note: Only one exchange is allowed per order. Please choose your replacement wisely as further exchanges or returns for the same order won’t be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

Prefer a return instead? You can initiate it within 7 days of delivery, if the item meets these conditions:

Return Pickup Charges:

₹40 per item beyond 2 pieces

Refunds Are Easy:

Refunds are issued as Dripkaar Wallet Coupons, valid for 3 months and redeemable on your next purchase.
